Mark Dolfato, Managing DirectorMark joined OMERS Private Equity in the New York office in November 2009.
Background
Mark has over ten years of private equity investment experience in the US. After completing his graduate degree, Mark worked at Code, Hennessy & Simmons and Goode Partners where he was involved with investments in the consumer and distribution sectors and served on several boards.

Eric Haley, Managing Director
Eric joined OMERS Private Equity in the New York office in September 2011.
Background
Eric has over 12 years of private equity investment experience. He was previously a Managing Director at Tailwind Capital, where he worked on several investments in the business services and media/communications sectors. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Boston Ventures Management and was involved with a variety of buyout and growth equity transactions. He began his career in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley. Over the course of his career, Eric has served on several private company boards.

Martin Le Huray, Managing Director
Martin joined OMERS Private Equity in January 2011.
Background
Martin was most recently a Director in the London Buyout Team at 3i, where he invested in a wide range of businesses across Europe and the US. Martin spent 6 years at 3i, prior to which he worked in mid-market M&A at Hawkpoint and Close Brothers.

Jim Orlando, Managing Director
Jim joined OMERS Private Equity in March 2007.
Background
Jim has ten years of experience in the private equity and venture capital sectors in addition to ten years of operational experience. He was previously with the venture capital arm of Bell Canada and Battery Ventures in Silicon Valley and prior to that held operational and strategic roles at Nortel Networks. Jim currently serves on the boards of Logibec, Public Mobile and Technibilt/Cari-All.

Christopher Young, Managing Director
Christopher joined OMERS Private Equity in January 2012.
Background
Christopher has over 10 years of experience as a Management Consultant with Bain & Company where he was a leader in both the Private Equity and Industrials practices. Christopher has worked in partnership with senior management teams in multiple industries to develop strategy and to improve operational performance, and he has extensive diligence experience. In addition, Christopher held internal leadership positions in business and people development. Prior to Bain, Christopher was a Product Manager with Procter & Gamble where he led product launch programs in Asia.
