Robert Hedges, Chief Financial Officer
Robert joined OMERS Private Equity in July 2008.
Background
Robert has extensive experience in CFO and Controllership roles in both public and private companies. Robert was the Vice President, Asset Based Transactions, at Asset Engineering Corporation, a private financial services business. Previously, Robert held the position of Controller and Assistant Secretary of CAE Inc., a leading provider of simulation technologies and integrated training services to the aerospace and defence industries. Prior to CAE, Robert held senior financial management positions with an international commodity trading private company and Southam Inc. Robert began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young.

Chantal Thibault, General Counsel
Chantal joined OMERS Private Equity in April 2007.
Background
Chantal has extensive expertise in fund investments, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. Previously, Chantal was legal counsel with a Canadian private equity firm and also practiced corporate and securities law at Goodmans LLP in Toronto.

Andrew Peel, Director, Legal
Andrew joined OMERS Private Equity in January 2010.
BackgroundPrior to joining OPE, Andrew was corporate counsel at OMERS Administration Corporation and practiced corporate law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt and Borden Ladner Gervais in Toronto. Andrew has extensive experience in providing legal advice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
