Graham was previously an associate at Peter J. Solomon Company, a boutique investment bank focused on mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings in the consumer and retail industries. Prior to Peter J. Solomon Company, Graham was an analyst in the investment banking group of Wachovia Securities.

Luis Fonseca, Director
Luis joined OMERS Private Equity in February 2011.
Background
Luis spent 9 years with TD Capital, most recently as a Vice-President & Director, where he was responsible for sourcing, executing and portfolio management of investments in a wide variety of industries. Prior to that, he spent 3 years in the M&A and Government & Infrastructure groups with TD Securities.

Background
François was Portfolio Manager at EDC, where he focused on Venture Capital fund investing. Previously, François was with Ernst & Young in both the corporate finance practice where he was involved in valuations for tax, transactional and litigation purposes and in the assurance practice serving clients in a variety of industries.

Martin was most recently a Director in the London Buyout Team at 3i, where he invested in a wide range of businesses across Europe and the US. Martin spent 6 years at 3i, prior to which he worked in mid-market M&A at Hawkpoint and Close Brothers.

Benson joined OMERS Private Equity in March 2003.
Background
Benson previously was in the investment banking group of RBC Capital Markets. During that time, he was actively involved in a wide range of corporate advisory assignments, including merger, acquisition, divestiture, valuation, restructuring and unsolicited bid mandates for a wide spectrum of industry sectors. Previously, Benson worked in the Corporate Tax Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he performed various engagements involving structuring of Canadian based and cross-border companies.

Jonathan joined OMERS Private Equity in February 2007.

Jonathan previously spent three years in sell-side equity research at Infinium Capital, first as an associate and then analyst covering U.S. healthcare. Previously, Jonathan was with a small private wealth management company, where he performed equity research in various sectors.

David Payne, Director
David joined OMERS Private Equity in December 2009.
Background
David has over 14 years finance experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers, including 10 years in Corporate Finance focused on advising mid-market private equity firms on acquisitions, divestments and re-financings. During this period he spent extensive time operating both in the UK and across Continental Europe including 5 years in The Netherlands. After a period working on the launch of an innovative residential real estate fund he joined OMERS Private Equity as a Director in the London office focused on building the direct investment capacity for OMERS in Europe.

Mark Van Wart, Director
Mark joined OMERS Private Equity in March 2008.
Background
Mark was an associate in the Mid-Market Investment Banking group of CIBC World Markets, involved in a variety of merger, acquisition and divestiture mandates for a wide spectrum of industry sectors. Previously, Mark was with the senior lending group of CIBC Commercial Banking where he assisted in originating and facilitating senior debt lending to mid-market companies and private equity firms.

Christopher Young, Director
Christopher joined OMERS Private Equity in January 2012..
Background
Christopher has over 10 years of experience as a Management Consultant with Bain & Company where he was a leader in both the Private Equity and Industrials practices. Christopher has worked in partnership with senior management teams in multiple industries to develop strategy and to improve operational performance, and he has extensive diligence experience. In addition, Christopher held internal leadership positions in business and people development. Prior to Bain, Christopher was a Product Manager with Procter & Gamble where he led product launch programs in Asia.
