Michael previously spent over five years in the investment banking group of CIBC World Markets. During this time, Michael was involved in a number of successful merger, acquisition, equity & debt financing, valuation and restructuring mandates across a broad range of sectors. Prior to CIBC World Markets, Michael began his career in the corporate development group at CI Financial.
