We focus on investing in businesses with a:

We work closely with our management teams to develop a shared strategy for value creation. We provide support from our team and our network of business connections. We capitalize our businesses in a prudent manner to meet their operating needs and to withstand any economic downturns. We have the available capital to support the growth initiatives of our businesses.

We target investments in companies with enterprise values ranging from $200 million to $1.5 billion.

Our geographical focus is on Canada, the United States and Europe, with a particular emphasis on the United Kingdom. Our investments come from a variety of sources, including private market transactions, secondary transactions from private equity funds and corporate carve-outs.

Our objective is to have a well diversified portfolio, by both industry and geography. Our sectors of interest include health care, business services, consumer, industrials, software and information technology.
