Our investment mandate is flexible to capitalize on the prevailing economic conditions and financial markets in order to take advantage of investment opportunities in a broad range of industries using a variety of transaction structures.

We actively pursue control buyouts and consider other investment structures including minority equity positions with trusted partners. We extend our investment opportunities by partnering with a select number of private equity firms.

We firmly believe in the direct financial alignment of interests among our management teams, our investment partners and ourselves.
